1. MAC Dark Side Lipstick
Not just an Autumn favourite, but an all time favourite! This lipstick goes with everything and somehow brightens up any outfit. Sometimes I just dab a little on to add some colour to my lips and a gloss on top, other times if i'm feeling really bold I pile it on to get a gorgeous deep berry lip (or somewhere in-between like in the picture below). The amplified creme formula of Dark Side is my favourite MAC lipstick formula, it's moisturising but really pigmented! This one is always in my bag!
2. Vaseline Rosy LipsIf one wants to pull off a bold lip, one needs hydrated lips. Autumn winter brings colder weather which means chapped lips! I keep on top of it with Vaseline, it's a classic but I like this one as it contains Rose and Almond Oil. It's also slightly tinted so if your feeling really lazy you can pop some on and get pretty pinky glossy hydrated lips. Lovely.
3. Fossil Rose Gold Necklace
Autumn is full of cosy jumpers which I love, but sometimes they need a bit of something, something to add a bit of twinkle! A light reflecting necklace is an easy way to brighten up any dull outfit and is a subtle way to add that bit of something. The rose gold is warm on pale skin and the charcoal glass will compliment any outfit.
4. Laura Mercier Faux Lash Mascara
This just does what it says on the tin. It gives incredible volume and length, a must for widening eyes for a daytime look, or build it up for a more dramatic night-time look. It has an extra smooth glossy formula which means it's not clumpy at all (and mine's really on its last legs now from so much love, still no clumpyness). It looks good and does good by conditioning your lashes at the same time, what more could you want.
5. NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer
A recent addition to my make up collection and i'm not looking back! Flawless finish for a full face of make up, or enough to brighten up your under eyes on a lazy day. It's difficult getting out of bed in the mornings these days especially as it's still dark now. Sometimes you have to make the call and have an extra snooze or two rather than apply a full face of make up. On these occasions I put this under my eyes and on any blemishes, blend, mascara, lippy, done. You won't look like you've just got up, no one will ever know muahaha.
6. Lee Stafford Split Ends Serum
Cold = dry hair, dry hair = split ends - or it might just be that i'm long overdue a hair cut. Either way my hair needs a bit of help. This serum helps to repair and prevent split ends and add shine. I'm not sure how much it 'repairs' existing split ends but it certainly makes them less obvious and leaves hair looking healthier. It smells nice too, I can't describe it as much else other than 'salony'.
7. REN Vita Mineral Omega 3 Optimum Skin Oil
To help my poor skin from the cold drying weather Autumn brings, I apply a couple of drops at night before I go to sleep and i've really been seeing a difference in my skin. It's plumper and more hydrated, smoother and clearer. It contains Omega 3 to promote cell renewal and restore moisture, Omega 6 and 9 to reduce sensitivity and irritation, and Vitamins A and E to stimulate skin metabolism and protect it from damage. I love it.
8. Bourjois Delice de Poudre Bronzing Powder
My summer bronze is rapidly fading and I want my warm glow back! This is warming and illuminating with 'glints of sunshine' but not shimmery and glittery. I do a lazy contour with this, brushing it under my check bones, around my hair and jaw line and down my neck to add a bit of colour back into my face on grey days.
9. Chance Chanel
I love this perfume! Another all time favourite. It smells divine, a romantic warm floral. Well suited to day and night, and lasts that long too! I'll never get bored of this fragrance and i'm always getting complimented when I wear it, highly recommend.
10. Zara Double Sided Checked Scarf
You simply cannot go wrong with a checked scarf. I'm still loving lasts years double sided one from Zara, It's prefect for chilly mornings and weekend walks.
