Around this time of year it's so easy to get caught up in the spending, the indulging, thinking of gifts and writing your own Christmas list and forget about those less fortunate across the globe.
So when The Collective got in touch to ask if I'd help them raise awareness of their Tub4Grub campaign to support Action Against Hunger, I was more than happy!
The Collective have made peelable labels on 3 million of their tubs of yogurt with the cracking idea that you can wash them out, fill them with treats, and give them to someone deserving.
A friend that's always there for you, a partner that looked after you when you were poorly, a neighbour that's always there when you need an egg or some washing up liquid, a colleague that looks out for you, the old lady that always greets you wish a smile at the bus stop, whoever you think you think, treat them. Just a little good deed to brighten their day!
It's harder than I thought to write nicely on a tub!
It's easy to get involved yourself simple pick up a tub of The Collective Yogurt and devour it (definitely not a chore - have you tasted the Russian Fudge? My gosh!), once empty give it a wash and fill it with something - some chocolates, pastries, soup, how about even a little pamper pack with some beauty bits, then simply peel off the label and write one of your own, and give it away to make someone's day!
Make your good deed extra special by sharing it! For every good deed we share using #tub4grub or to www.tub4grub.com they donate 50p on your behalf!
Eat it, make it, fill it, give it, share it.
